Vijaya Kaza is a Chief Security Officer, Head of Engineering and Data Science for Trust and Safety at Airbnb, responsible for information security and trust technology to protect Airbnb’s community and platform.
Prior to joining Airbnb, Vijaya was the Chief Development Officer at Lookout Inc., a SaaS cybersecurity startup for the post perimeter world, where she was responsible for all aspects of product development including engineering, infrastructure and cloud operations, and threat research. Vijaya also served as Senior Vice President of Cloud Products and Engineering at FireEye, building SaaS offerings while transitioning the company’s traditional on-premise technologies to the cloud.
Vijaya worked for 17 years in multiple executive and leadership roles at Cisco, where she led product development for security products that generated more than $1B in annual revenue.
